Once the equipment has been installed, commissioning is the next step. We support you in carrying out this process in a structured and professional manner. In the GMP area, we recommend dividing the requirements into GMP and GEP points already during the planning phase. During commissioning, we focus on the points that we test according to the GEP standard. We advise and support you in the execution and documentation of Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) and Site Acceptance Tests (SATs).

To save time and costs, we recommend that you take an integrated approach to commissioning and qualification. This should be taken into account as early as possible in the planning and in the preparation of User Requirement Specifications (URS) and test documents. Based on the simulations and laboratory tests, the process can then be transferred to the plant in a structured and congruent manner.
