Cleanroom & laboratory planning

The laboratory area is part of an overall process and must therefore be holistically assessed together with the building, the technology, and the equipment. To ensure that laboratory concepts are sustainable and can meet future developments and requirements, a high degree of flexibility in terms of organization and infrastructure is expected.

Thanks to a well-coordinated team of laboratory planners, HVACP specialist planners, structural draftsmen, architects, and process experts, we are able to plan and realize laboratory buildings holistically. We take an industrial approach that focuses on processes. By defining the process flows, we can work with you to define your laboratory and equipment requirements. We see ourselves as a link between customers, users, and process experts. Thanks to our many years of experience in the entire process, we are able to implement the needs of the process experts in a targeted and efficient manner.

We advise you with the individual planning of your projects and try to find an optimal solution for you. We consider the project in its entirety, from the laboratory building in research and development to analytics and pilot plants, from the preliminary study to project planning and plant acceptance. Our procedure is based on SIA 102, as well as GLP and GMP standards. Your requirements are implemented by us on schedule, within budget and in line with quality standards. We attach great importance to the practical implementation of customer-specific requirements and are not satisfied with standard solutions. Our well-coordinated team of specialists develops individual and long-term sustainable solutions for your laboratory.

Overall planning begins with architectural and layout planning. Set-up concepts with zones, pressure stages and airlock concepts as well as the media supply are created. We make it our goal to present you with the most efficient and sustainable solutions possible. Our energy experts develop optimized energy concepts and implement them successfully. Thanks to visualizations with BIM (Building Information Modeling), you can experience the project in 3D at an early stage and see it for yourself.
